Original Arizona Car
Originally sold to Bill Watkins Ford in Scottsdale Az.
The first owner was Dave Hudson. It went through several long term owners
and was freshened approx. 6 years ago by Orlando Mustang. It was painted in
lacquer during the 80’s and the color was changed from Burgundy to Red. The
paint is in very good condition.
#873 features completely matching numbers and is
extremely original with the exception of the front windshield. All other
glass is original Carlite issue. In addition #873 features, The Original
Build sheet, A/C, tilt wheel, working rim blow steering wheel, dealer
installed traction loc rear end, dealer installed louvers, original space
saver flat, jack, wrench and inflator bottle. Both the clock
and clock light work perfectly!

standards. The underbody is completely detailed. All original chalk/ grease
pencil markings have been replicated. The engine has recently been
completely rebuilt. A complete parts list is available. The transmission has
been completely rebuilt. A mild shift kit was installed to improve the
drivability. In the last two years, the previous owner spent roughly $30,000
on NOS parts to bring the car to the highest possible driven concours
status. It has been a Silver award winner at the national SAAC conventions.
The color change issue makes the car ineligible for “Gold” status.
This car has not had any panel replacement. It
has not suffered from rust damage. It has never been damaged in an accident.
The build sheet, license plates, multiple registrations are all available
#873 still has all of its unique smog equipment,

traction loc rear end, original fog light covers and rubber keepers,
original wheels( completely restored to NOS condition), new tires. The oil
pressure gauge and Alt gauges do work! The consecutive turn signal lights
